Glowly Cancellation & No-Show Policy.


Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. However, by scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms of our cancellation policy.

Per our policy, you authorize Glowly to charge your credit card for 100% of the service cost if:

  • Your appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, or
  • You do not show up for your appointment (“no-show”).

This policy applies to all clients, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Late arrivals that shorten the scheduled service time may still be charged the full price of the booked service(s).

Payment Authorization:
Authorization must be given once for each payment method added to your profile and will apply to all future appointments booked with that payment method

Applicable taxes and fees will be retained and remitted.

Appointment Confirmations
Appointment confirmations are for business scheduling purposes only. If an appointment remains unconfirmed, Glowly reserves the right to cancel it and offer the time slot to another client.

Please note that an unconfirmed appointment does not exempt you from the late cancellation or no-show fee.

Deadlines

You will receive a confirmation after successful cancellation or rescheduling.
