Below you can find our official repair and guarantee policy, which outlines what is covered, how repairs work, and when service fees may apply.

Repair Pricing
If your guarantee period has expired or the damage isn’t covered, the following standard repair rates apply:

  • All repairs require an appointment in advance and are scheduled according to salon availability..
  • All repairs do not include color, shape, or design changes.
  • Our technicians will evaluate each case to determine whether the damage qualifies for a guarantee repair.
  • We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
  • Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice, in accordance with state and local regulations.
Guarantee Police
  • The guarantee applies only to the initial service, not to subsequent repairs.
  • Each service is eligible for one complimentary repair within its respective guarantee period.
  • Repairs do not carry their own guarantee — once completed, they are considered final.
  • The guarantee applies exclusively to services performed at Glowly locations and is valid only for the original client.
