At Glowly, we take pride in the quality of our Russian-style manicure and pedicure services. Our goal is to ensure that every client leaves happy and confident with long-lasting results. Below you can find our official repair and guarantee policy, which outlines what is covered, how repairs work, and when service fees may apply.

A repair is a partial restoration of the coating on one or several nails — not a full manicure or pedicure.
During a repair appointment:

- Gel is removed only from the damaged nail(s);
- The shape of the damaged nail is restored and a new coating is applied;
- Cuticle care and reshaping of undamaged nails are not included.
A standard repair does not include:
- Filing or leveling of undamaged nails;
- Removal of gel from all nails;
- Cuticle work;
- Color or design change.
We take pride in our work and offer limited free repair guarantees for the following:

Our guarantee covers technical issues only (such as lifting, chipping, or premature peeling within the guarantee period).
Changes in color choice or design preferences are not included in the guarantee.

- Free repair available within 7 days of your appointment.

Repair Pricing
If your guarantee period has expired or the damage isn’t covered, the following standard repair rates apply:

Single nail repair | $10 |
Complex repair or full nail reconstruction / extension (crack, break) | $15 per nail |
Important Notes
- All repairs require an appointment in advance and are scheduled according to salon availability..
- All repairs do not include color, shape, or design changes.
- Our technicians will evaluate each case to determine whether the damage qualifies for a guarantee repair.
- We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
- Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice, in accordance with state and local regulations.
Guarantee Police
- The guarantee applies only to the initial service, not to subsequent repairs.
- Each service is eligible for one complimentary repair within its respective guarantee period.
- Repairs do not carry their own guarantee — once completed, they are considered final.
- The guarantee applies exclusively to services performed at Glowly locations and is valid only for the original client.
