Terms & ConditionsEarning Points
Points are earned based on the total amount spent on services before tax and tip. Points are not earned on gift cards, discounted services, or promotional offers.
Redemption
Redemption
- Points can be redeemed only for services at Glowly.
- A minimum of 30 points is required to redeem rewards.
- Points are not earned on gift cards, discounted services, or promotional offers.
- Loyalty points are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated once redeemed.
- All redeemed points are automatically deducted and expire immediately upon use.
- Loyalty points expire 365 days after the date they are earned if no qualifying purchase is made during that period. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
- Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.
- Loyalty points have no cash value outside of this program and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other compensation.
- Points are tracked and managed through the Zenoti software platform.
- Glowly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Any fraudulent activity, account misuse, or violation of these terms may result in forfeiture of points and/or termination of program participation.
