Appointments & Booking

All appointments are scheduled through Zenoti, our third-party booking platform. Availability, pricing, and service details are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, are presented at the time of booking and are managed through Zenoti. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the allowed timeframe may result in a charge. For details, please review our Cancellation Policy.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Zenoti. Glowly does not store payment information. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may include applicable taxes and fees.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards, packages, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during booking and for informing their technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving services.

Service Results

Results may vary based on individual factors. Glowly does not guarantee specific outcomes. Any concerns should be raised during or immediately after the appointment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, Glowly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
